regular shuttle extensive grounds amazing flowers
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle boat to the city. It runs every half hour. I found it easy to access the main attractions this way. The grounds are extensive and well-kept. I enjoyed walking through the rose garden near the main building. The flowers smelled amazing!!!
The pool area opens quite late at 11 am.

shuttle boat extensive grounds heated pool
the shuttle boat ran every 30 minutes and was very organised. the grounds are extensive with fabulous kids areas. i loved the heated pool, it was just fabulous!
nothing went wrong. all issues were resolved quickly.

okay stay at island
workout stations gym spacious room room relaxing spa unfriendly staff unhelpful concierge concierge long line
the gym had plenty of workout stations. it also had treadmills for exercise. the spa was relaxing and i enjoyed it. the rooms were very spacious and clean too.
the concierge service was not helpful with anything. one concierge told me to use google maps. i think some of the staff were unfriendly to visitors. half the vacation was spent standing in lines to get nothing done at all.
